Weather conditions during our trip were a little unpredictable, and safety was always his top priority. He communicated with us throughout the process and worked with us when Mother Nature didn’t cooperate. When we were able to get offshore, our boys had an absolute blast. Captain Nick was patient with the kids, helpful, and worked hard to keep us on fish. Unfortunately for our second trip, sharks and dolphins were heavily impacting the fishing that day and had been taking fish before anglers on an earlier trip could get them to the boat. Rather than take us out knowing the conditions weren’t ideal, Captain Nick made the decision to postpone our second trip and focus on giving us a better opportunity another time. We appreciate that he values the customer experience and wants to put us on quality fish rather than just go through the motions. He’s already discussed getting us back out when conditions improve and targeting mahi and other species for a better trip. Overall, it was a memorable experience for our family, especially our children, who are still talking about their day on the water. We appreciate Captain Nick’s honesty, professionalism, and commitment to giving his customers the best experience possible, and we look forward to fishing with him again.
